We trapped 14 cats in Aurora over the past three weeks. Thanks to Paige, Candice, and myself.
All cats were fixed/ vaccinated/ and ear tipped through the Aurora Animal Shelters SNR program. (we do not work for the shelter) we are volunteers to keep the feral cat population down. Two kittens were also trapped and will be adopted out through the shelter. So that’s 14 total in a few weeks time.
The cats are returned to the area because they know how to survive at that location. That being said, [undisclosed location] is a ridiculously busy street and these cats lives are always in danger. After we knocked on several doors in the neighborhood, we found several people who are overwhelmed with the cat population and Kittens are being born on several people’s porches. There’s an estimated 20 plus cats we need to trap.
Here are some photos of some of our recent catches that will be adopted out or neutered and returned.
